    What is the Process to Get Domicile in Delhi

    To get the domicile the applicants will have to download the application form and have to fill that with their complete detail. After this you need to send this through the draft order in attesting authority (प्राधिकरण सत्यापित में मसौदा आदेश) where the verification process will holds by the department. The officer will take the verification for all your documents and after checking all the things it will goes in the class 1 gazetted officer (श्रेणी के राजपत्रित अधिकारी) of to the main authority of attesting. In the last step the department will make the domicile with your name and you can collect it through the office. If any document found missing by the office or any missing information on your application form the dept is responsible to reject your registration and you cannot get the domicile certificate in Delhi state.

    The application form is available through the official website of Delhi govt via the page of www.delhigovt.nic.in where the New Delhi section will provide you this registration form. You can also visit direct on the municipal corporation (नगर निगम) website where all the application forms has been uploaded by the department.     Step One –

    Step Two –
    After saving the application form PDF file now take the printout of it and fill the form with the following below given information about you:

    • Applicant’s name (आवेदक का नाम)
    • Applicant’s complete postal address (आवेदक का पूरा डाक पता)
    • Birth place of applicant and date (आवेदक और तारीख का जन्म स्थान)
    • Nationality of applicant (आवेदक की राष्ट्रीयता)
    • Applicant’s father’s / husband’s name (आवेदक के पिता / पति के नाम)
    • Complete address of father if he belongs from out of Delhi (वह दिल्ली के बाहर से संबंध रखता है तो पिता का पूरा पता)
    • Duration from when you are living in Capital (आप राजधानी में जब से रह रहे हैं अवधि)
    • Give information if you have domicile certificate of any other place with reasons (आप कारणों के साथ किसी भी अन्य जगह से अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र दिया है तो जानकारी दे)
    • Need to give the details of your property in capital. (राजधानी में अपनी संपत्ति का ब्यौरा देने की जरूरत है.)
    • Details for living in Delhi from past three years (पिछले तीन साल से दिल्ली में रह रहे हैं के लिए विवरण)
    • School / college / university certificate of Delhi (दिल्ली के स्कूल / कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय के प्रमाण पत्र)
    • Number of Ration Card (राशन कार्ड की संख्या)

    Step Three –
    After fill the above mention complete information on the application form the applicant have to make their sing in the bottom of registration form with their name and address and have to visit in district office (जिला कार्यालय) to get the certificate.

    Step Four –
    The domicile certificate process in Delhi will do in 21 days by department if your all documents are correct and you had filled the complete details on it with right information.

    Where to Collect the Domicile Certificate in Delhi
    (दिल्ली में आवासीय प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए कहाँ जाएँ)
    The Delhi govt is providing the certificate the district administration public services (प्रशासन सार्वजनिक सेवा) so the citizens will have to visit to their nearest sub divisional magistrate office (उप प्रभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट कार्यालय) to collect their documents. The candidates are suggested to visit in office timing only on morning 09.30 am to 06.00 pm. The office is open in working days (Monday to Saturday) and it will close of government holidays.     what is the procedure of renewal of domicile.. ? shell we have to process the same procedure every year ...
    same problem continuous of attesting ? or we can use the same domicile along with some electricity bill & VOTER ID etc.
